Harnessing the high-performance facilities at Wy’East Mountain Academy, we'll elevate athletes—building muscle, enhancing agility, and boosting speed while prioritizing injury prevention for peak winter performance. Join us for up to three intense supervised gym sessions weekly, progressively intensifying to unlock your full athletic potential. After four weeks, we'll reassess, priming you for top-tier performance. Progression Team athletes also gain exclusive access to our 72,000 sq ft. indoor and outdoor skateparks and trampolines for optimal cross-training, with a new dry slope airbag launching in fall 2024!
