WINDELLS TEAM 2009/10

Windells launched its one of a kind winter program in December of 2008 and it is off to a great start. The Windells Team program is for skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities that are looking to step it up. Through this program, riders will come to camp every weekend to shred Mt Hood with a certified professional coach. The Windells Team program will kick off again in December of 2009 with an Overnight Option and a Day Option. Check below for details.

Windells Team Meets 11 Weekends throughout the Winter/Spring

training Friday, Saturday & Sunday
meeting 11 Weekends, Dec 11th through March 14th
will not Meet Dec 25th-27th, Jan 1st-3rd & Feb 12th-14th (Windells holds Winter & Spring Camps during these weekends)

On Hill Training

USASA certified coaches
Heavy focus on freestyle snowboarding & skiing but will also include slalom, giant slalom, boardercross and skiercross
Competition preparation in all 5 USASA disciplines
Individual skill development & progression
Code of conduct

Off Hill Training

Indoor training facility (12,000 sq foot fun center)
Balance and conditioning sessions
Video analysis
Cross training (skateboard, BMX, rollerblade, ect.)
Learn and perfect new tricks in a safe structured environment (trampoline & foampit)

Overnight Program

Includes all 11 weekends
Friday & Saturday night stay over (participants dropped off Friday and picked up Sunday)
Breakfast & Dinner provided
24 hour supervision
Entry fee free for all USASA Mt Hood Series events (USASA membership fee not included)

Day Program

Includes all 11 weekends
Pick up & Drop off Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Meals not provided
Entry fee free for all USASA Mt Hood Series events (USASA membership fee not included)
