Scavenger Hunt: Who Are We? Where Are We?
Our employees are amazing. They come from all over the country to live life in Mt. Hood with Windells Camp. Once August starts to slip away, they all eventually have to go back to reality and back to their roots. As winter settles in, our employees are building parks, taking classes, teaching lessons, and just about everything you can think of to pass the time until summer rolls around.
Countdown to Winter Camp Begins!
Winter Camp is so close we can almost taste the piles of powder and the overflowing hot chocolate. We know that spending time at home is nice, but we also know that spending time at Windells on Mt. It’s hard not to miss summer camp at Mount Hood. Sunny laps through the Windells park, fast-paced skate sessions in the Concrete Jungle, meeting new friends, learning from talented and friendly coaches, and having literally the best time ever. In Case You Missed It: Session 8
In case you missed the Session 8 skate edit, here it is for you now! For one week, campers were lucky enough to have the Concrete Jungle as their home base. Every day is a good day when you wake up to over 50,000 square feet of concrete in your backyard. Watch as these skateboard campers travel through Oregon, visiting all the best skate parks in the Northwest.

New street section at Windells’ Concrete Jungle sneak peek

We like to keep our concrete fresh here at camp and Head Skate Coach Jamie, Billy, Pete, Nick, Jeff, Jasper, and more have been busy this year pouring a huge new street section to add to The Concrete Jungle.
