Our employees are amazing. They come from all over the country to live life in Mt. Hood with Windells Camp. Once August starts to slip away, they all eventually have to go back to reality and back to their roots. As winter settles in, our employees are building parks, taking classes, teaching lessons, and just about everything you can think of to pass the time until summer rolls around.
Winter Camp is so close we can almost taste the piles of powder and the overflowing hot chocolate. We know that spending time at home is nice, but we also know that spending time at Windells on Mt. Well, the leaves are falling, and in some parts of the country so is the snow! As all of us gear up for the winter, premier season comes to a close. Our friends at Burton, Forum, Rome SDS, Think Thank, and Videograss produced some jaw dropping entertainment this year. If these flicks can’t get you stoked for the winter season, well then you better hang up your puffy. We were blown away by the all of the films, and I’m sure you guys were too. For those of you who missed out, don’t worry! Tons of freshly made DVDs are being shipped to your local shops as we speak. For those tech savvy followers, you can even download your favorite video on iTunes. Fancy, huh.
Our friends at Line Traveling Circus had quite the summer, both in and out of Van Bear Pig. Watch as the crew goes campin’, summer campin’, in this edition of their always entertaining webisode. Have a good winter guys and see you soon!
Well, another amazing Portland weekend is in the books. This time it was the Forum crew that paid us a visit. With their new movie premiering nationwide, the boys are truly living every day like it is “Vacation.” In the 2011/2012 installment, our friends Austen Sweetin, Cam Pierce, and Stevie Bell travel the world in search of fresh snow, urban playgrounds, and poolside festivities. Grab your Hawaiian shirt and throw on some flip flops for this one, it’s good.
