Windells Private Campus has something for Everyone!
Windells Private Campus has so much to offer, it’s hard for us to know where to start! The world renowned piece of land at the base of Mount Hood provides endless entertainment and off-hill training opportunities. Our campus is tucked away from traffic, the city, and outside distraction, and is just a short trip from three of the best ski areas in the Northwest.
Parents can rest easy knowing that campers are supervised in a tobacco and alcohol-free environment around the clock by friendly, helpful, and trained staff members. Our campus is private and campers aren’t permitted to leave camp boundaries unless under supervision.

FOOD AND LODGING
Windells’ campus has plenty of comfortable lodging and a full kitchen with plentiful options. A buffet-style breakfast is prepared each and every morning, and campers pack a hearty lunch before heading out on daily skate trips. The culinary staff at Windells prepares dinner nightly, catering to vegetarian, vegan, or other dietary needs on a case by case basis.
Cabins are fully furnished and renovated. Campers are supervised overnight by one or two counselors per cabin (according to size). Boys and girls are bunked separately. Camp sponsors have the cabins kitted out with all the comfort and amenities campers want after a fun day at the skate park.
THE CONCRETE JUNGLE
BOB – THE BUILDING OUT BACK
The Lab is Windells Camp‘s outdoor progression station. MaxAir Super Quad 14’ x 14’ trampoline. The MaxAir Super Quad features a smooth, powerful bounce with plenty of room to focus on mechanics and development of new tricks, from basic rotations, all the way to the most advanced. Campers, guest athletes, and Team Take-Over Pros will have endless options to progress, practice, and play with this cutting-edge set up. Positioned strategically next to Windells’ private 60’x 60’ BagJump™ with walls varying in height from four to eight feet, the MaxAir Super Quad will help grow air awareness for campers looking to develop larger and off-axis rotations.
In addition to the new super trampoline on campus, Windells Camp has also resurfaced the launch ramps on campus with Skatelite™, allowing everyone the ability to “send it,” into the bag. The addition of Skatelite™ allows skiers, snowboarders, skateboarders, and BMX riders to learn and development new skills safely on campus.
The Forest Park BMX track features a massive dirt pump track, technical woods, rocks, skinnies, ladders, log drops and more. Campers are welcome to grab a bike and take to the course’s beginner to advanced terrain.
Dexter’s Store is open for campers to browse and shop for the coolest gear from Windells Camp, our sponsors, and some of the best brands in the industry. Pick up amenities needed for a great time at camp – backpacks, sunscreen, lip balm, sunglasses, etc. Windells offers campers a unique opportunity to pick up novelty items not found anywhere else.
THE DEMO CENTER
The Demo CENTER is open for campers to experiment with the newest and best gear from the industry’s most popular brands. Test out any combination of new skis, boards, boots, bindings, decks, trucks, wheels, bikes, helmets, and safety equipment. Windells staff assist in finding just the right fit for each camper. Want to tweak your gear? The tuning center is just outside the Demo CENTER to get gear dialed for optimal shredding.
You can call this the Hub of camp. The Courtyard is the grass field at the center of camp and is a great place to relax and socialize with friends new and old. The majority of Windells nightly activities and sponsor nights take place here. The court yard is busy with campers roasting s’mores and hot dogs around the campfire, games of horse shoes, tetherball and basketball, and pros signing autographs.
