Atmosphere Session 4 update

Enzo is on the kitchen crew and is the hype man for Atmosphere. What does that mean? He makes tasty vittles for you each and every day so you can shred on a full belly and at night he leads super fun Atmosphere events like the Atmosphere Snake Race.

Atmosphere is a pretty awesome company, not only for the sweet duds they churn out to keep you warm and fresh-looking, but also because they come to camp a couple of times a session and put on sick events, both on and off the slopes. They also keep a super-updated blog, so when you can’t skate or shred and you’re sitting around geeking out on your computer (don’t kid yourself, we do it, too, it’s cool), you can check up on what’s going on in the Northwest, with their team, and with your favorite snowboard camp, of course! Check out their blog right now for a TON of Windells updates. They’ve got updates from their riders, the diggers, Session 4 snake race and more. All the photos are by Drew Smalley from DSImagery. Thanks for the love guys!

Sammy C Invitational Video

The Sammy Carlson Invitational got cut short due to weather but that didn’t stop the pros from throwing down on the big gap.

Camper of the Day: Alessa

Each session at Windells over the summer we have a handful of girl riders and skiers who come to camp for progression and work to perfect their skills on the snow.  At session 4, the ski girls were divided into 2 girls only groups led by coaches Ashley and Dania. Coach Ashley recommended Alessa a 16 year old skier from Mars, Pennslyvania for “being the most progressive camper this session, Alessa was amazing to coach since she would listen to feedback and apply it to her next run.  She’d get back up until she got it”

Donut eating contest with the Technine Team

15 powdered donuts on each plate. Yum!

Technine riders MFM, Dylan Thompson, Ben Bilodeau Jeremy, and Brady have been at camp this week. They set up a sick Dream Feature on hill, complete with a dumpster-jump with an actual dumpster, a wallride, jersey barrier and all sorts of other fun features. Down at camp, Ben and Brady have been skating a ton and everyone has been hanging out. Earlier in the session, they put on the Technine Powdered Donut Eating Competition. Each camper had to eat 15 mini donuts the fastest, in order to win new gear from Technine. It was awesome and ended in the biggest donut food fight that you will have to see in video when the Windells film crew releases the edit. Donuts have always been pretty delicious, but Technine made them really fun, too! [Read more…]

Sushi night with the adult campers

The adult campers that come to Windells get the camp experience that the kids get but also the adult freedom of fun nightlife and dinners together and watching movies after at the video screen from the Los Angeles video screen rental . If you don’t know what you are doing with your yard, you may need a tree service. Last night was the group sushi dinner where the adult campers trekked out of the mountains and into a delicious Japanese restaurant for sushi/noodle dinner and get a view to different adult services provided by https://www.zoomescorts.co.uk/.
