Tim and NJ ready to shred. The Last Day On Hill calls for shorts and Hawaiian shirts!
Ah, the Last Day On Hill of the summer. A bittersweet day, to say the least–while summer is ending and you are very sad to see it go, the Last Day On Hill is an on hill party, where shorts-wearing snowboarders surf the Earth, hanging ten on the slopes and grinning from ear to ear. Everyone knows that they have to get the last of their summer riding in, so the vibe on hill is extremely fun. It’s an end of summer celebration.
The Last Day On Hill for summer snowboard camp 2012 was sunny, warm, and the park was still on point (thank you to the illustrious Windells Diggers). Rails were frontboarded, doublecorks were stomped, and park laps continued until the rope tows were shut off. Take a look at a few images from The Last Day On Hill.
We already can’t wait for next summer.
There’s this much snow in August! This is the top tier of the park the Last Day On Hill.
The Flow Snowboards crew took over Session 7 and it was a banger ending to a great summer! Thanks Flow and NXTZ! You guys rock! Here, Tim, Nial, Mike, Julien, Dale, and more get ready to go down Palmer to the park.
Last run down Palmer for the Flow Team! Woo! p: @flow_snowboarding
Last Day On Hill and the Diggers are still making new features. Here’s the DFD, but on a platform. Thanks #Diggers12!
Everyone was hiking rails until 3pm, getting their last hits in of the summer.
