Six down, one to go, and still riding down to the parking lot. What a summer it’s been. Session 6 couldn’t have been any better. We had a ton of fun riding the park and sunny skies everyday.
The Surface team dropped in at Windells for skiing, skating, games, and even tie dying.

Dylan and Derek rode with campers and acted as judges, too, to figure out who the winners would be.
Session 7 is Technine Session at camp, and the T9 crew is rolling deep at Windells! Derek Dennison, Dylan Thompson, Andrew Brewer, Marc Frank Montoya, and the Am Crew of Zander Blackmon, Ben Bilodeau, and Brady Larson went on hill to ride a really unique setup with campers and put on a contest for some T9 prizes. Hobo Hats came to camp during Session 7 to give away some free hats and teach some campers how to do a proper backflip. Dylan Alito and Brandon Hobush came over to camp to have a lot of fun and hang out with some campers.
Session 6, Rome Week at Windells was filled with creative events, one of which was the first ever, Rome and Celtek extreme egg race. With the help of Bjorn Leines, lots of campers gathered together for the chance to win prizes from Rome and Celtek. The race was a complicated one, and you really had to earn those prizes. Campers had to carry an egg on a spoon without dropping it, all while going over picnic tables, under slacklines, and avoiding other obstacles. The first one through to the finish got their hand on a brand was crowned the winner. Check out some of the action below.
Session 6 at Windells went off, with nothing but straight sunshine and bangers. It was the Surface and Skullcandy week, which brought a long list of riders to the park. All of the Surface team was here throwing down, including Blake Nyman, Hayden Price, Rob Heule, Banks Gilberti, Ian Wade, Alex Gorham and Windells Coaches John Ware, Jeff Kiesel, and Jason Arens.
John Shaw is a purebred powder hound that hails from the northwest. Shaw has come to Windells the last two summers to coach snowboarding and give back to the sport he loves so much. You can check him out in YKwii videos, or run into him lapping Alpental and cruising Summit at Snoqualmie’s park, aka Ski Acres.
Session 7 is here and the Technine Team is working hard to make it the best one yet! Here’s Dylan Thompson double boardsliding one of this session’s new features in the park. Dylan, Derek Dennison, Andrew Brewer, Ben Bilodeau, Brady Larsen, and Zander Blackmon are all at camp, so you know the action on hill and off is heavy! Check back for more updates and fun with T9!

The Concrete Jungle is an awesome skatepark. That’s pretty much what’s up. You’ve probably heard us talk about it before here, here, and here, but it’s just so fun to skate. Tons of skateboarders come from all over to skate the Concrete Jungle. Here’s a short glimpse of some of the guys that have rolled through the park so far this summer.
Session 6 was Rome session here at Windells and it’s been going off with on hill clinics, games of knockout, egg races and more. The Rome team was here including Bjorn Leines, Johnny Lazz, Lucas Debari, Marie Hucal and the AmArmy.
