Windells Academy catches the first snow fall!
This week on Tuesday, students of Windells Academy woke up to feel quite a change in the air temperature. Everyone checked the weather, looked at the timberline snowfall report, all sources showed no snowfall. Still, they headed up to the mountain with hopes to see white. The results were very pleasing. Today was the first day of Windells Academy. Kids started showing up around 10am and were very excited for what was to come. they unpacked their bags, got settled into their new and improved cabins (full size beds, new ikea furnature, tv, dvd player and everything else awesome) and headed to the “heshin delicatessen” for brunch. Windells Academy had a great storm come through last week. We recieved more than 25 inches of snow in 2 days. We built a couple small jumps and set up a few jibs. We are scheduled to have another storm starting tonight and lasting through the weekend! SNOW SNOW SNOW! ......
